Phillip Paglino-LL.B

Phillip pursued a double major at York University and graduated with an Honours BA with Distinction in 2003.

He earned his law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2006, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007.

Phillip's particular areas of focus include: motor vehicle accident claims (tort and statutory accident benefits), occupiers’ liability cases (general slip and falls and municipal and school board liability), Canada Pension Plan and long-term disability denials and product liability matters.

He regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice and Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
